Cathartic memorial for an addictive and violent toxic love relationship.

My work is obsessive and cathartic. It's an outlet for violence and what I'm going through. I appropriate the space, transform it and inscribes it into a narrative. WILL YOU MISS ME WHEN IM GONE? and LET ME GO are two graves and self-portraits. They are the representation of a personal and ambiguous relationship to addiction and violence. The butterfly, free and fragile, is ironic. It plays down but recalls the ephemeral nature of life. Leds romanticize, fantasize and eroticize. Sentences and words parade where moral violence exceeds physical violence. Resulting from personal exchanges, they are an anchor in reality through the virtual. The Latin cross is above all symbolic and aesthetic, but it is also a satire of Judeo-Christian values and economic liberalism. The pharmacy cross, invasive, recalls the ambiguity between consumer products and the need for moral and physical survival.
